he South Mongolia Congress hereby publishes its Organizational Structure and New Leadership Framework, which was formally deliberated and adopted through two official meetings of the Third General Assembly, held on October 10, 2025, and November 29, 2025.
Following extensive discussion and consensus-building, this framework was officially approved by the Third General Assembly as the authoritative governance structure of the South Mongolia Congress.
It defines the Congress’s institutional foundation, including the General Assembly, co-leadership system, vice presidents, affiliated organizations, country representatives, committees, advisory body, and secretariat.
The adoption of this framework through multiple General Assembly sessions underscores the Congress’s commitment to democratic procedures, collective leadership, transparency, and international legitimacy.
It serves as the organizational basis for advancing sustained international advocacy in defense of the human rights, cultural identity, and self-determination of the South Mongolian people.
Organizational Structure of the South Mongolia Congress
