НҮБ-ын Арьс өнгөөр ялгаварлахыг устгах хорооны 96-р чуулган Женева хотод 8-р сарын 6-наас 30-ны өдрүүдэд хуралдаж байна. 10-13-ны өдрүүдэд болсон Хятад дахи хүний эрхийн байдлын тухай хуралдаанд Өмнөд Монголын Их Хуралдайн ЕНБД Олхунуд Дайчин оролцож үг хэллээ:

  “Өмнөд Монголын ард олны нэрийн өмнөөс үг хэлэх боломж олгосон явдалд Та бүхэнд баярлалаа.

Өмнөд Монголын Их Хуралдайн ЕНБД Олхунуд Дайчин миний бие “Өвөр Монголын өөртөө засах орон” гэдэг нэрлэгдэж буй нутагт төрж өсөж, одоо Японд амьдарч байна.

Өнөөдөр би энэхүү боломжийг ашиглан, монголын ард түмний хувьд БНХАУ-ын коммунист дэглэмийн зүгээс үргэлжлүүлэн хэрэгжүүлсээр байгаа системтэй ялгаварлан гадуурхалт, эрүүдэн тамлалт, хүч хэрэглэн авч явж сураггүй болгох, амь насыг бүрэлгэх явдлын тухай яримаар байна.

Монголчууд бидний уламжлалт шашин болох буддизмыг шүтэн бишрэхийг хориглосон.

Энэ нь Хүний эрхийн түгээмэл тунхаглалын “Хүн бүр чөлөөтэй бодож сэтгэх, шашин шүтэх, эс шүтэх эрхтэй” гэсэн 18-р зүйлийг зөрчиж байна.

Олон буддын лам хэлмэгдэж, сүм хийдүүдийг нурааж, шатаасан.

Бид мянга мянган жил нүүдэлчин байж ирсэн түүхтэй.

Хятадын коммунист дэглэм биднийг нүүдэллэхийг хориглож, нэг газраа суурьшин, хөдөө аж ахуй эрхлэхийг албадаж байна. Монголын тал нутагт бороо хур бага тул ийм аж ахуй бидэнд тохирохгүй. Энэ нь өвс ургамлын өсөлтийг нэмэгдүүлэхгүй учир олон хүн өлсгөлөнгөөр үхэж байлаа.

Хятадын засгийн газар 1,5 сая хүн амаас 346 000-ыг баривчилж, 27 900 хүнийг цаазалж байв. Соёлын хувьсгалын үед 120 000 хүн тахир дутуу болсон.

Эдгээр тоог Хятадын засгийн газар зарласан бөгөөд, үнэнээс их хол юм.

Зарим монгол судлаачид хэдэн зуун мянган хүн амь насаа алдсан гэдэг. Монголын тал нутагт угсаатныг устгах геноцид явагдсан нь тодорхой.

Хятадад шинэчлэл, их ил тод байдал өрнөж байгаа ч, монголчуудын эсрэг арьс өнгөөр ялгаварлах бодлого өөрчлөгдсөнгүй. Үр дүнд нь манай тал нутгийн 60% цөлжин хоосорлоо.

Хятадын үйлдвэрүүд байгаль орчныг бохирдуулж, сүйтгэж байна.

Монголчуудын эдийн засаг хятадуудын гарт бүрэн төвлөрч, монголчууд эзэн нь болох нөөц баялаг тэдний сүйрүүлэн сөнөөгч хөгжилд нэрвэгдэж, монгол түмэн олонд хохирлыг нь юугаар ч барагдуулахгүй байна.

21-р зуунд хүний эрхийг уг үндсээр нь хөсөрдүүлж байгаа энэ явдлууд анзаарагдахгүй өнгөрөх ёсгүй, Хороо үүнд урьдаас илүүтэй анхаарал хандуулах хэрэгтэй байна.

Түүхийн шоглоомоор Хятад НҮБ-ын Хүний эрхийн зөвлөлийн гишүүн бөгөөд, энэ нь нүглээ нуухад нь ашиглагдаж байна. Өөртөө эзэн мэдэх эрх, арьс өнгөний эрх тэгш байдлыг төр улс баталгаажуулах ёстой.
